This modern facility represents a significant upgrade to the Town of Torbay’s recreational facilities.

It contains a full-size gymnasium, walking track, large event atrium, and multi-purpose rooms. Exterior facilities include a splash pad, a new playground, and a skate park. The areas in the front and rear of the building serve as open, multi-use spaces.
