A 2 030-square-meter renovation and the construction of a 2 170-square-meter addition, this project involved a complete revitalization of the aging facility.

Several cinemas and interior spaces were demolished and replaced with new, modernized cinemas. The concession area was relocated and upgraded, and new interior finishes were installed throughout. A new entrance and new exterior finishes were also installed.

The renovated theatre features eight movie screens and stadium seating for 1 596 guests.
