Urban Chic in a Growing Neighbourhood
This eleven-storey, 155-room hotel has three levels of underground parking. It is situated close to the Bow River and Calgary’s downtown and offers ALT’s signature modern approach to hospitality in a newly-developed section of the City.
Like the new ALT Hotel St. John’s, the rooms for this project were constructed as individual pods and lifted into place with a crane. The highly-engineered modules had a welded steel frame and arrived pre-finished with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services which were then tied in to a service shaft. They also arrived with all decorative finishes, furniture and floor coverings installed.
