This addition and interior renovation to the Mic Mac Mall added 1 858 square meters of retail space and an extension to common areas to accommodate a 4 645-square-meter Winners/Homesense retail outlet.

Work also included a complete reworking of the mall parking lot to improve traffic flow and increase available parking, and the relocation of a Metro Transit bus stop.

This project took place during the holiday season and work was phased to avoid disruption to tenants or customers.
