It contains 8 hoists, a wash bay, a paint booth, and office spaces. The building is sustainably designed and contains features such as solar wall heating, a rainwater cistern, occupancy sensitive lighting, and high-efficiency boilers.

Radiant in-floor heating circulates the heat below the busses, ensuring their air systems don’t freese up in cold weather, while maintaining a comfortable environment for the mechanics.
