This project combined a 4 056-square-meter, three-storey addition with renovations to the existing “A” Block building. The new addition contains primarily classrooms and study areas and is connected to the existing building on each floor by a pedway. Also included was the installation of a geothermal field that ties in to two existing geothermal wells and supplies heat for the building. A new parking lot with curbs and sidewalks was built around the addition and the site was completely landscaped.
