This 2 284-square-meter, two-storey cruise ship terminal has a 263-foot long elevated pedway that guides passengers directly from the ship to the terminal building.

The lower level of the terminal serves as a receiving / lobby area for the cruise ship passengers, while the upper level of the terminal houses office space.

When tourist season has passed, the facility serves as venue for conferences and celebrations. It has a seating capacity of 500.
