This project involved a six-phase retrofit and renovation to an existing retail store. Work consisted of structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical improvements, comprising a total area of 4 274 square meters.

The store remained open during construction, with  dust-proof partitions separating the construction area from the on-going retail store operations.
