This 6 025-square-meter retail store encompasses 5 420 square meters of sales area, 605 square meters of office area, a covered drive-through lumber pick-up area, and an exterior garden centre. 

Prior to the building construction, the site had to be prepared by importing approximately 40 000 cubic meters of structural fill material from a nearby borrow pit.

The building is conventionally constructed, with a structural steel frame, insulated metal wall panels, and an EPDM roofing system.
