Marco was responsible for the civil portion of the work for this 50-megawatt, 13.8-kilovolt combustion turbine.

Work involved the excavation, preparation, and backfilling of numerous concrete foundations; installation of a new fire water main; and construction of a new containment berm around the fuel storage tanks complete with a liner system. Steelwork for pipe racks, pipe supports, stairs, bollards, and protective barriers was also included.
