The first of the new “enhanced combo” Canadian Tire – Mark’s prototype stores, this store was, at the time of construction, the largest ever built by Canadian Tire.

It has a total of 13 364 square meters of floor space, including 1 394 square meters for Mark’s.  The automobile service centre features 12 service bays, a parts department, and a customer lounge.Offices, staff rooms, and additional storage space are located on a mezzanine level.
