The project combined a structural steel and metal cladding extension with renovations to an existing building.

The resulting new facility houses support facilities for ongoing water-related operations and includes a boat repair shop, diesel engine shop, carpentry shop, machine shop, and fuel oil storage facility.

Renovations to the existing building included asbestos abatement, the installation of a new diesel power generator, switchgear, a dust collection system, and the removal and reinstallation of various mechanical and electrical systems.
