This 6,706-square meter building combines two pre-engineered warehouses separated by a two-storey office space. The facility serves as a pipe inspection and repair facility for the oil and gas industry.

The warehouses feature exposed concrete floors, pits, and trenches, large overhead doors, and several overhead bridge cranes. The building is not on municipal services (water or sewer) and uses water well, cisterns, septic field and a geothermal heating / cooling system.
